Here we are entering the blogging world! It has now been over 4 weeks since Jaxon has arrived and it is time to begin our blogging! So much has happened over the last 4 weeks. We welcomed Jaxon on March 17th, adjusted to life as parents and celebrated Wrigley's 1st birthday on April 5th. Along with me leaving my current position to start a new one when I return to work and balancing Ryan's track schedule, this does not leave us with much spare time! I must say I am loving maternity leave though. I'm nearly half way through it and love spending time with Jaxon as well as going out to lunch with my mom at least once a week!

Wrigley helping Ryan take care of JaxJaxon has already changed so much. I feel like he is losing that newborn look as he continues to grow. Let's just say he is a very healthy eater! He also demands a lot of holding during the day. I don't mind since he is always studying my face and is starting to smile!
Last week we took Jaxon for his first pictures at Portrait Innovations. Of course my perfect child chooses that day to be fussy. Granted he was hungry, but I had dreamed of the perfect picture of him smiling. Many have reminded me that he was only 3 weeks old and we did get some good ones!
