A few more July pics

July was such a fun month as I settled into maternity leave and we continued our summer of mini-vacays. We also had some fun times at home too!

Goodbye 505 James Parkway

While we had been moved out for over 6 months, it was sad to finally say goodbye to 505 James Parkway in July. We became parents twice in that house. First to Wrigley, then to Jaxon. We were sad to see it go, but were excited to settle in to our new house in Eureka.

We won’t miss the leaves or maintaining that much landscaping, but will miss the shade in the backyard and our cozy little home!

Mill Creek 2011

Since I hope to make these into books for the kids someday…you will have to be patient with me while I try to catch up! Life with 2 is simply put…chaotic! However, we love every minute of it, just don’t always get time to blog. I’ll try to fast forward quickly so we can get to the news now…you know, in September of 2012.

This was our first year invited to discover the magic of Mill Creek. Mill Creek is right around where Dad grew up in Marshall, IL. There isn’t much to do down there, but Jessica found a rental house right on the lake. We were looking forward to a nice quiet weekend with 6 adults and 4 kids, including a newborn. I realize I didn’t get many pictures, but we enjoyed our time in the water!

Kensley did great and stayed inside most of the time. Hopefully she can go back again. Mill Creek – Thank you for the memories, we hope to be back soon!
